Job Description
Zeigler Auto Group in Grandville, MI has been growing for 40 years! Wouldn't you like to become a member of a GROWING organization? We are currently looking for driven individuals who have a Passion for assisting others to join our Sales team!
Job Duties :
- Understands each vehicle by studying their characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models.
- Develop buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins; networking with prospective buyers in the community; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries.
- Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models while continuing to build rapport.
- Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties and services.
- Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales
- Provides sales management information by completing reports.
- Provide follow up after a completed sale to continue to build rapport with customers
- Continues learning the sales process through ongoing weekly/monthly training.
