JD Byrider is the largest national used car franchise that specializes in financing for people with no credit or less than perfect credit. JD Byrider has over 140 locations throughout the nation with both franchise stores and corporate owned stores. Zeigler Auto Group currently owns and operates 4 JD Byrider franchises. At JD Byrider we are committed to customer service before and after the sale. JD Byrider of Berwyn is seeking a Program Advisor!


JD Byrider is a stable and growing company that is looking to add to our team ofProgram Advisors! In this role you will exceed our customer’s expectations by selling a great program that helps our customers re-establish their credit and improve their lives. Our Program Advisors feel good about their careers - knowing that it is possible to help people while earning a great income!


As a Program Advisor you will:

Work with customers to understand and assess their personal needs
Explain our great program and the value we provide to prospective customers
Provide world-class customer service – in our company the customer is king! 


Job Requirements

To be considered for our winning team, you must have:
 

  • Excellent customer service skills and an ability to influence people
  • High integrity
  • Excellent multi-tasking and prioritization skills
  • The ability to work Saturdays and some evenings
  • A current driver’s license
  • The ambition to be the best!
