Technician Overview:

• Drive a service role that exceeds our customers’ expectations
• Provide excellent customer service and high Customer Service Index (CSI) outcomes
• Communicate mechanical issues with Service manager
• Understand the Service Department and customers’ needs

Job Requirements

Technician Responsibilities Will Include:

• Identify vehicle issues and problem solve
• Properly diagnosing and repairing customer vehicles
• Performing work efficiently and effectively
• Communicating mechanical issue with Service Manager
• Basic and entry-level mechanical work
• Facility maintenance

Technician is Rewarded:
